Il calendario dell’Hockey Inline ai World Games di Birmingham
Definito il calendario di Hockey Inline ai World Games di Birmingham, in programma dal 7 al 17 luglio a Birmingham, negli Stati Uniti. Gli incontri di Hockey Inline si terranno alla CrossPlex Arena dall’8 al 12 luglio, giorno delle finali. Saranno 8 le formazioni che si contenderanno la medaglia d’oro: 5 dall’Europa e 3 dall’America. La nazionale italiana, allenata da Luca Rigoni, affronterà nel gruppo A la Repubblica Ceca, la Svizzera e la Lettonia. Nel Gruppo B si sfideranno Francia, Canada, USA e Colombia.
Le partite dei gironi si disputeranno da venerdì 8 luglio a domenica 10 luglio. lunedì 11 luglio si terranno le semifinali, a cui si qualificano le prime due di ogni girone, e le partite valevoli per il 5°/8° posto. Le finali si disputeranno martedì 12 luglio: quella per l’oro, in programma alle 17 e 45, chiuderà la rassegna dell’hockey inline.
Inline Hockey calendar at the World Games in Birmingham
The schedule for Inline Hockey at the Birmingham World Games, scheduled from 7 to 17 July in Birmingham, USA, has been finalised. The inline hockey matches will be held at the CrossPlex Arena from 8 to 12 July, the day of the finals. There will be eight teams competing for the gold medal: five from Europe and three from America. The Italian national team, coached by Luca Rigoni, will face the Czech Republic, Switzerland and Latvia in Group A. In Group B, France, Canada, the USA and Colombia will compete.
The group matches will be played from Friday 8 July to Sunday 10 July. Monday 11 July will see the semi-finals, to which the first two from each group qualify, and the matches for 5th/8th place. The finals will be played on Tuesday, 12 July: the one for the gold, scheduled at 5.45 p.m., will close the inline hockey review.
