Gli azzurri vincono 5 a 0 sui tedeschi. Domani ci sarà lo scontro diretto contro il Portogallo, per definire la vetta del girone.
Ad avvio di gara Claudio Bracali, passato poco più di un minuto, porta in vantaggio gli azzurri. Si riparte e la Germania commette fallo, prendendosi anche un cartellino blu: tiro diretto per l’Italia con Alessandro Uva che non riesce a segnare. Gli azzurri però, non riescono a sfruttare il power play. Al settimo minuto altro fallo e altro cartellino blu per i tedeschi. Giovanni Tagliapietra realizza il tiro diretto, che vale il 2 a 0 per gli azzurri. All’undicesimo rigore per l’Italia: Paolo Colamaria però non riesce a segnare. A 2:35 dalla fine del primo tempo la Germania conquista un rigore, che però Joshua Heinrichs non concretizza. Passa poco più di un minuto e Mattia Polverini firma la rete del 3 a 0.
Nella ripresa il ritmo cala, almeno nei primi minuti di gioco. Il risultato resta invariato fino a metà del secondo tempo, quando l’Italia trova due reti nel giro di 20 secondi. Prima Alessandro Uva, e poi Paolo Colamaria, portano a cinque le marcature azzurre. L’Italia controlla il risultato fino alla fine, andando vicino alla rete in diverse occasioni, senza però trovare altri goal.

Second consecutive success for Italy, which beat Germany in the second match of the U17 European Championships in Spain, scheduled in San Sadurnì d’Anoia, Catalonia, from 19 to 24 September.
