Continental Cup 2022: Asiago supera anche Istanbul, oggi la sfida con Jesenice
Seconda vittoria consecutiva in Continental Cup per l’Asiago, che supera 9 a 2 il Buz Adam Istanbul. Nell’altra partita, disputata nel pomeriggio lo Jesenice ha vinto 7-1 contro il Vojvodina Novi Sad. Per Asiago e Jesenice secondo successo nella manifestazione.

Dopo appena 54 secondi l’Asiago si porta avanti con McShane. I giallorossi continuano a premere e mettere sotto pressione la squadra turca che si affida a Voronov per rimanere in partita. Al 6’ Asiago raddoppia con Saracino, che riceve il disco da Misley e lo deposita in rete. La squadra stellata ha una serie di occasioni per incrementare il vantaggio ma Voronov si fa trovare sempre pronto. A tre minuti dal termine Lobanov scappa sulla destra e riesce a servire il disco a Kaigorodov che batte Vallini di prima intenzione.
Al 25’ i vicentini tornano in rete con Salinitri. Passano 50 secondi e Magnabosco cala il poker con un tiro che colpisce la traversa e termina in rete. Nella seconda metà di frazione Saracino capitalizza un rebound su conclusione di Misley e porta il risultato di 5 a 1. A due minuti dal termine Saracino ruba un disco nel terzo d’attacco e batte nuovamente Voronov per il 6 a 1 con cui si chiude la frazione.
Nel terzo tempo la partita cala di ritmo e per vedere un goal bisogna attendere otto minuti, fino a quando Gazzola non spedisce un missile all’incrocio dei pali. Pochi secondi dopo il Buz Adam risponde con una rete di Sander, che beffa Vallini. I Giallorossi segnano ancora due reti tra il 10’ e l’11’, prima con un tiro al volo di Salinitri e poi con una conclusione di Vankus. Finisce 9 a 2 per Asiago.

On 25 minutes the Vicentini come back in the net with Salinitri. Fifty seconds passed and Magnabosco kicked the poker with a shot that hit the crossbar and ended up in the net. In the second half Saracino capitalised on a rebound on Misley’s conclusion and brought the result 5 to 1. Two minutes from the end Saracino stole a puck in the attacking third and beat Voronov again for the 6 to 1 with which the half ended.
In the third period the game dropped in rhythm and to see a goal one had to wait eight minutes, until Gazzola sent a missile to the cross of the posts. A few seconds later Buz Adam replied with a goal from Sander, who mocked Vallini. The Giallorossi scored two more goals between 10′ and 11′, first with a volley of Salinitri and then with a conclusion of Vankus. It ends 9 to 2 for Asiago.
