L’Italia femminile si qualifica ai Quarti di Finale ai World Skate Games 2022
Grazie al pareggio per 1 a 1 con la Germania, l’Italia femminile si qualifica ai Quarti di Finale ai World Skate Games 2022. Le azzurre passano il girone al secondo posto, dietro all’Argentina prima, ed attendono la sfidante di domani. L’Italia affronterà, alle 12 e 30 italiane, la terza classificata del girone A. Tra poco scenderanno in campo Portogallo e Cile: la perdente della sfida sarà la prossima avversaria delle azzurre.
Dopo un buon avvio delle azzurre è però la Germania a sbloccare il risultato con Anna Behrendt al sesto minuto. Le azzurre cercano il pari ma la Germania si difende bene. Ad 1:58 dalla fine del primo tempo Elena Tamiozzo pareggia su rigore. Il primo tempo finisce 1 a 1.
Ad inizio ripresa è ancora Elena Tamiozzo a tirare un rigore, ma questa volta l’azzurra lo sbaglia. L’Italia fa la partita ma non riesce a segnare. A 7:38 dalla fine Lea Seidler fallisce un tiro diretto. Gli ultimi minuti sono di tinta azzurra, con l’Italia che si fa spesso pericolosa. La rete però non arriva, finisce 1 a 1.
Women’s Italy qualifies for the Quarter-finals at the 2022 World Skate Games
Thanks to a 1:1 draw with Germany, Italy women’s team qualifies for the Quarter Finals at the World Skate Games 2022. The Azzurri go through the round in second place, behind first-placed Argentina, and await tomorrow’s challenger. Italy will face, at 12.30 p.m. Italian time, the third-placed team in group A. Portugal and Chile will take the field shortly: the loser of the challenge will be the Azzurri’s next opponent.
After a good start of the Azzurri, however, it was Germany who unblocked the result with Anna Behrendt in the sixth minute. The Azzurri tried to equalise but Germany defended well. At 1:58 from the end of the first half Elena Tamiozzo equalized on a penalty kick. The first half ended 1:1.
At the start of the second half it was Elena Tamiozzo again to shoot a penalty kick, but this time the Azzurri missed it. Italy played the game but failed to score. With 7:38 to go, Lea Seidler missed a direct shot. The last minutes are of a blue hue, with Italy often making themselves dangerous. The goal however did not come, it ended 1:1.
