M&Q Round Alps Hockey League 2022/23: il Vipiteno supera il Fassa

Al termine dell’ultima partita dell’ottava giornata del Master e Qualification Round di Alps Hockey League 2022/23 il Vipiteno supera il Fassa per 5 a 1 e si porta al secondo posto in classifica del gruppo A. Il Fassa, a -1 dal Gherdeina, ha una partita in più rispetto alle furie da giocare. Tra martedì e giovedì si tornerà in campo per il nono turno, il penultimo della seconda fase.

I Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan hanno superato i Falcons dell’SHC Fassa per 5-1, andando così a segno per la quinta volta consecutiva, e vincendo la sesta partita di fila in casa. Per il Fassa è la seconda sconfitta nel girone intermedio. Justin Maylan ha segnato al 18° minuto la rete del vantaggio per Vipiteno. Al 21esimo Maylan, coi Broncos in power play, ha trovato la seconda rete, mentre due minuti più tardi Alex Zecchetto ha siglato il 3 a 0 con cui si è chiusa la seconda frazione. Al 33esimo Mizzi ha trovato il 4 a 0, mentre dieci minuti dopo, al 43esimo, Gschnitzer ha realizzato il 5 a 0. Di Trottner la rete del 5 a 1 finale, segnata al 50esimo.

M&Q Round Alps Hockey League 2022/23: Sterzing overcomes Fassa

At the end of the last game of the eighth day of the Alps Hockey League 2022/23 Master and Qualification Round, Sterzing overcame Fassa 5-1 and moved up to second place in Group A standings. Fassa, -1 behind Gherdeina, has one more game than the Furies to play. Between Tuesday and Thursday they will be back on the field for the ninth round, the penultimate of the second phase.

The Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan overcame the SHC Fassa Falcons 5-1 to score for the fifth consecutive time and win their sixth straight home game. For Fassa, it was the second loss in the middle round. Justin Maylan scored the go-ahead goal for Sterzing in the 18th minute. In the 21st Maylan, with the Broncos on the power play, found the second goal, while two minutes later Alex Zecchetto sealed the 3-0 with which the second period ended. In the 33rd Mizzi found the 4-0, while ten minutes later, in the 43rd, Gschnitzer scored the 5-0. Trottner’s goal made the final 5 to 1, scored in the 50th.
