Playoff IHL Women 2022/23: la finale sarà Eagles contro Icebears
Al termine di gara 3 della semifinale di IHL Women 2022/23, disputata questa sera, la finale sarà Eagles contro Icebears. Dobbiaco espugna Fiemme per 2 a 1 e stacca il pass per la finale, serie best of three, in programma il 18 e 25/26. L’atto conclusivo del campionato italiano inizierà settimana prossima con la sfida di Dobbiaco tra Icebears e Eagles per gara 1. Il 25 marzo si giocherà invece gara 2 alla Sparkasse Arena, mentre eventuale gara 3 si disputerà il 26 marzo. Nelle stesse date Fiemme e Lakers lotteranno per il terzo posto.
La partita si sblocca solo a metà della seconda frazione con Nicole Varesco che porta avanti le padrone di casa. Al 50esimo Mia Campo Bagatin firma il pareggio e quattro minuti dopo, la stessa realizza la rete dell’1 a 2 che consente alle Icebears di staccare il pass per la finale.
IHL Women 2022/23 Playoffs: the final will be Eagles vs Icebears
At the end of game 3 of the IHL Women 2022/23 semifinal, played this evening, the final will be Eagles vs. Icebears. Dobbiaco defeated Fiemme 2-1 and secured the pass for the final, best-of-three series, scheduled for 18/25/26. The final act of the Italian championship will start next week with the challenge in Dobbiaco between Icebears and Eagles for game 1. Game 2 will be played on 25 March at the Sparkasse Arena, while Game 3 will be held on 26 March. On the same dates Fiemme and Lakers will fight for third place.
The game was only unblocked halfway through the second period with Nicole Varesco putting the hosts ahead. In the 50th minute Mia Campo Bagatin signed the draw and four minutes later, she scored the goal of 1 to 2 that allowed the Icebears to detach the pass for the final.
