EWHL 2022/23: le Eagles Alto Adige ospitano l’HK ed il MAC Budapest
Doppio turno casalingo in EWHL 2022/23 per le Eagles Alto Adige, che alla Sparkasse Arena ospiteranno l’HK ed il MAC Budapest, due squadre della capitale ungherese. Due match importanti per la squadra di Bolzano, che potrebbe passare dall’attuale ottavo al sesto posto in classifica. I Quarti di Finale di EWHL 2022/23 si disputeranno il 18 e il 19 marzo. Le gare di andata e ritorno dovranno essere disputate nella stessa sede.
Giovedì alla Sparkasse Arena saranno ospiti le attuali leader e campionesse in carica dell’HK Budapest (ex KMH Budapest). La partita si sarebbe dovuta disputare in ottobre, ma le ungheresi hanno chiesto un rinvio perché alcune delle loro giocatrice erano risultate positive al Covid19. La squadra della capitale ungherese, che vince l’EWHL dalla stagione 2018/19, finora non ha perso nessuna delle 14 partite.
Sabato 18 febbraio la terza MAC Budapest, la seconda delle tre squadre di Budapest che partecipano alla EWHL, farà tappa a Bolzano. Nell’unico precedente le Eagles sono state sconfitte dalle magiare per 4-1 per le Eagles Alto Adige.
EWHL 2022/23: South Tyrol Eagles host HK and MAC Budapest.
Double home round in EWHL 2022/23 for the South Tyrolean Eagles, who will host HK and MAC Budapest, two teams from the Hungarian capital, at the Sparkasse Arena. Two important matches for the Bolzano team, which could move from its current eighth to sixth place in the standings. The EWHL 2022/23 Quarterfinals will be played on March 18 and 19. The first- and second-round matches are to be played at the same venue.
Thursday at Sparkasse Arena will be hosted by current leaders and defending champions HK Budapest (formerly KMH Budapest). The match was supposed to be played in October, but the Hungarians requested a postponement because some of their players had tested positive for Covid19. The Hungarian capital team, which has been winning the EWHL since the 2018/19 season, has not lost any of its 14 games so far.
On Saturday, Feb. 18, the third MAC Budapest, the second of three Budapest teams participating in the EWHL, will make a stop in Bolzano. In their only previous meeting, the Eagles were defeated by the Magyars 4-1 by the South Tyrolean Eagles.
