M&Q Round Alps Hockey League 2022/23: il programma della settima giornata

Dopo la pausa internazionale e l’assegnazione dei Campionati Nazionali, con la vittoria dello Scudetto Italiano da parte della SG Cortina Hafro e quello austriaco di Zell am See, si torna in campo per il Master e Qualification Round di Alps Hockey League 2022/23 con la settima giornata.

Nel Master Round spicca il match dell’Olimpico di Cortina tra i padroni di casa, terzi in classifica (10 punti), e la capolista dell’HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice (11 punti). Nell’altro incontro i Cavaliers, quinti, ospitano i Rittner Buam, al secondo posto. Nel Gruppo A, lo Zell am See ha bisogno di un punto al Pranives di Selva di Val Gardena per qualificarsi definitivamente per i pre-playoff. Nell’altra sfida il Fassa, attualmente terzo, affronterà il Linz. Nel Qualification Round B, sia EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel che l’EHC Lustenau possono conquistare un posto tre le migliori 3 del loro girone e quindi staccare il biglietto per i pre-playoff. Se la vedranno rispettivamente contro KAC e Merano.

Nella giornata odierna 16 squadre hanno richiesto di poter partecipare alla prossima stagione di Alps Hockey League 2023/24, l’ottava del campionato internazionale. Tra le 15 squadre di quest’anno solo l’HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice, che ha presentato domanda di adesione alla win2day ICE Hockey League, non ha rispettato la scadenza. Sono due invece i nuovi team che hanno presentato una candidatura per la prossima stagione: gli sloveni dell’HK RST Pellet Celje, ed i BEMER Pioneers Vorarlberg, che oltre all’Alps parteciperanno anche alla prossima ICEHL.

After the international break and the awarding of the National Championships, with SG Cortina Hafro winning the Italian Scudetto and Zell am See winning the Austrian Scudetto, it’s back to the field for the Master and Qualification Round of Alps Hockey League 2022/23 with the seventh day.

In the Master Round, the match at the Cortina Olimpico between the hosts, third in the standings (10 points), and HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice (11 points) stands out. In the other match, the Cavaliers, fifth, host the second-place Rittner Buam. In Group A, Zell am See needs a point at Pranives in Selva di Val Gardena to definitely qualify for the pre-playoffs. In the other challenge, Fassa, currently third, will face Linz. In Qualification Round B, both EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel and EHC Lustenau can clinch a spot three the best 3 in their group and thus detach their ticket to the pre-playoffs. They will face off against KAC and Merano, respectively.

Earlier today, 16 teams applied to participate in the upcoming Alps Hockey League 2023/24 season, the eighth in the international league. Among the 15 teams this year, only HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice, which applied to join the win2day ICE Hockey League, missed the deadline. Instead, two new teams have submitted an application for next season: the Slovenians of HK RST Pellet Celje, and the BEMER Pioneers Vorarlberg, who in addition to the Alps will also participate in the upcoming ICEHL.
