M&Q Round Alps Hockey League 2022/23: il programma della decima giornata

Domani si torna in campo nel Master e Qualification Round di Alps Hockey League 2022/23 con le partite della decima giornata, l’ultima della seconda fase. Turno che deciderà le posizioni finali in classifica in vista dei pre-playoff e dei playoff. Ancora in bilico le prime quattro posizioni nel Master Round ed alcune del Qualification.

Nel Master Round scontro al vertice tra Red Bull e Rittner Buam con entrambe le squadre che vorranno vincere nei tempi regolamentari per assicurarsi la prima posizione in classifica. Solo se la sfida tra gli Juniors ed il Ritten finisse ai supplementari, lo Jesenice, attualmente primo, resterebbe in testa. Nell’altra partita l’Unterland ospita il Cortina. Le due squadre si sono affrontate giovedì, con i Cavaliers che si sono imposti per 1:0 all’Olimpico. Con una vittoria ai tempi regolamentari, gli altoatesini salirebbero al quarto posto e avrebbero il vantaggio di giocare in casa nei quarti di finale.

Il Fassa, che ha conquistato il biglietto rimanente per i pre-playoff battendo il Val Gardena, affronterà lo Zell am See. I salisburghesi hanno già vinto il Qualification Round A, ma non conoscono ancora il loro avversario per i pre-playoff. Il Vipiteno, attualmente secondo, ospiterà le Steel Wings che concluderanno così la loro stagione in Alto Adige. Il Merano, escluso dai pre-playoff, affronterà il Kitzbühel, vincitore del girone di qualificazione B. Nell’altro incontro il Lustenau attende il Bregenzerwald per una sfida che mette in palio il secondo posto. La vincente di questo duello incontrerà il Vipiteno nei pre-playoff (2A). Per la perdente del derby si prospetta la serie “best-of-three” contro lo Zell am See.

M&Q Round Alps Hockey League 2022/23: Day 10 schedule

Tomorrow it’s back on the field in the Master and Qualification Round of the Alps Hockey League 2022/23 with the games of the tenth day, the last of the second phase. Round that will decide the final positions in the standings in view of the pre-playoffs and playoffs. Still in the balance are the first four positions in the Master Round and some in the Qualification.

In the Master Round, Red Bull and Rittner Buam clash at the top with both teams wanting to win in regulation time to secure the first position in the standings. Only if the challenge between the Juniors and Ritten ends in overtime would Jesenice, currently first, remain in the lead. In the other match, Unterland hosts Cortina. The two teams faced each other on Thursday, with the Cavaliers winning 1:0 at the Olimpico. With a victory in regulation time, the South Tyroleans would climb to fourth place and would have the advantage of playing at home in the quarter-finals.

Fassa, who won the remaining ticket for the pre-playoffs by beating Val Gardena, will face Zell am See. The Salzburgers have already won Qualification Round A, but do not yet know their opponent for the pre-playoffs. Sterzing, currently second, will host the Steel Wings, who will thus conclude their season in South Tyrol. Merano, excluded from the pre-playoffs, will face Kitzbühel, winner of the qualification round B. In the other match, Lustenau awaits Bregenzerwald for a challenge that puts second place at stake. The winner of this duel will meet Sterzing in the pre-playoffs (2A). For the loser of the derby, the best-of-three series against Zell am See is on the cards.
