Playoff Alps Hockey League 2022/23: definiti i Quarti di finale
Domani inizieranno i Playoff di Alps Hockey League 2022/23 con gara 1 dei Quarti di finale tra Red Bull e Unterland. Questa mattina si è tenuto il Pick del campionato con le prime tre squadre del Master Round (Salisburgo/Jesenice/Renon) che hanno scelto gli avversari dei quarti di finale.
I Red Bull Hockey Juniors hanno selezionato la neopromossa Hockey Unterland Cavaliers, che si è classificata quinta nel Master Round. L’HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice affronterà i Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan, che ieri hanno vinto 4 a 3 contro Bregenzerwald gara 3 dei pre-playoff. I Rittner Buam, invece, hanno scelto l’EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel. La quarta classificata del Master Round, la S.G. Cortina Hafro sfiderà l’EHC Lustenau, che ieri ha conquistato il biglietto per i quarti di finale espugnando la pista di Zell am See per 4 a 2.
Gli accoppiamenti dei quarti di finale si giocheranno in modalità “best-of-seven”. La prima sfida tra i Red Bull Hockey Juniors contro l’Hockey Unterland Cavaliers, avrà inizio già domani, lunedì 6 marzo. Le altre tre serie inizieranno nel classico martedì di gioco (7 marzo). Tutte le sfide dei quarti si giocheranno con la normale cadenza casa, trasferta…per le formazioni teste di serie.
Alps Hockey League 2022/23 Playoffs: Quarter-finals defined
The Alps Hockey League 2022/23 Playoffs will start tomorrow with game 1 of the Quarterfinals between Red Bull and Unterland. This morning the Championship Pick was held with the first three teams of the Master Round (Salzburg/Jesenice/Renon) choosing their quarter-final opponents.
The Red Bull Hockey Juniors selected the newly promoted Hockey Unterland Cavaliers, who finished fifth in the Master Round. HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice will face the Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan, who yesterday won 4-3 against Bregenzerwald in game 3 of the pre-playoffs. The Rittner Buam, on the other hand, chose EC Die Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel. The fourth ranked team of the Master Round, S.G. Cortina Hafro, will challenge EHC Lustenau, who yesterday conquered the ticket for the quarter-finals by defeating the rink of Zell am See for 4 to 2.
The quarter-final pairings will be played in best-of-seven mode. The first match between the Red Bull Hockey Juniors against the Hockey Unterland Cavaliers will start tomorrow, Monday 6 March. The other three series will start on the classic Tuesday (7 March). All quarterfinal challenges will be played with the normal home, away … cadence for the top teams.
