Marchetti, Stevan e Vankus ancora in giallorosso
Michele Marchetti, Michele Stevan e Marek Vankus giocheranno ancora con la maglia giallorossa della Migross Asiago Hockey anche per la prossima stagione di ICE Hockey League, la prima per la squadra veneta. Tre conferme fondamentali per l’attacco di coach Barrasso, che ora inizia ad assumere forma e sostanza. Sono tre giocatori che nell’ultima stagione hanno avuto la loro miglior annata a livello realizzativo e che hanno contribuito in maniera significativa alla conquista dei quattro trofei.
Michele Marchetti, 27 anni nativo della Val di Fassa, ha firmato un contratto biennale e rimarrà in Giallorosso fino al 2024. Ad Asiago ha già giocato tre stagioni, intervallate da un ritorno al Fassa nel 2019/2020. Giocatore che fa della fisicità e dell’intensità i suoi punti di forza, nell’ultima stagione ha saputo unire queste sue caratteristiche ad un cinismo eccezionale, diventando implacabile sotto porta: sono state ben 35 reti segnate nelle varie competizioni, 31 in Alps Hockey League, una nei playoff di Serie A e 3 in Continental Cup.
Michele Stevan, 29 anni e già 13 stagioni in prima squadra. Nato e cresciuto con la maglia Giallorossa cucita addosso, ha saputo nel corso degli anni ritagliarsi un ruolo sempre più importante nello scacchiere Stellato, diventando giocatore indispensabile e in grado di dare equilibrio alla linea in cui gioca. I numeri della passata stagione parlano di 9 goal e 13 assist tra regular season e playoff, eguagliando in termini numerici la stagione 2017/18, anch’essa culminata con la vittoria della Alps Hockey League.
Marek Vankus, il più giovane dei tre con i suoi 23 anni, è nato Dolny Kubin in Slovacchia ma gioca ad Asiago già da sette stagioni, essendo approdato sull’Altopiano nel 2015. La sua avventura in prima squadra è iniziata nel 2019 e nelle tre stagioni giocate sino ad ora ha dimostrato di sapersi sempre migliorare, risultando sempre più prezioso per il suo team. Nella stagione appena conclusa ha infilato in rete 5 dischi (3 in regular season e 2 nei playoff) e dispensato 24 assist ai compagni.

Michele Marchetti, Michele Stevan and Marek Vankus will play again with the Migross Asiago Hockey jersey for the next ICE Hockey League season, the first for the Veneto team. Three fundamental confirmations for the attack of coach Barrasso, which now begins to take shape and substance. They are three players who in the last season had their best year in terms of scoring and contributed significantly to the conquest of the four trophies.

Marek Vankus, the youngest of the three with his 23 years, was born Dolny Kubin in Slovakia but has been playing in Asiago for seven seasons already, having arrived on the Plateau in 2015. His adventure in the first team began in 2019 and in the three seasons played so far he has shown that he always knows how to improve, being more and more valuable for his team. In the season just ended, he netted 5 goals (3 in the regular season and 2 in the playoffs) and dispensed 24 assists to his teammates.
