Azzurrine sconfitte dall’Ucraina all’EuroHockey di Vienna
Le azzurrine vengono sconfitte 5 a 2 dall’Ucraina, nella seconda partita dell’EuroHockey di Vienna, in programma dal 24 al 30 luglio. Per l’Italia domani giorno di riposo: si tornerà in campo il 27 luglio, alle 15 e 45 contro la Francia.
Le azzurrine, poco prima di metà primo quarto, avrebbero l’occasione per portarsi in vantaggio grazie ad un penalty corner, ma non lo sfruttano. L’Ucraina, al 12esimo, trova la rete con Movchan, e due minuti più tardi raddoppia con Movos su penalty corner. Il risultato resta invariato fino al 27esimo, quando con due reti in rapida successione, firmate da Losytska, su penaly corner, e Voievoda, l’Ucraina si porta sul 4 a 0. Le azzurre prima sbagliano un rigore, e poco dopo trovano la rete con Chiara di Bella su penalty corner.
Ad inizio del terzo quarto, al 35esimo, Maria Torbel realizza la rete del 4 a 2 azzurro su penalty corner. L’ucraina prima fallisce un penalty corner, e poi al 40esimo, segna la quinta rete con Biriuchenko. Sul finire della frazione altro penalty corner per l’Ucraina, che non lo sfrutta. Ad inizio dell’ultima frazione Illienko viene espulsa. L’Italia però non trova altre reti, finisce 5 a 2 per le gialloblu.
Italian Women’s team defeated by Ukraine at EuroHockey Vienna
The Azzurrine are defeated 5-2 by Ukraine in the second game of the Vienna EuroHockey, scheduled from July 24-30. Tomorrow will be a day off for Italy: they will be back on the field on July 27 at 3:45 pm against France.
The Azzurrini, shortly before midway through the first quarter, had the opportunity to take the lead thanks to a penalty corner, but did not take advantage. Ukraine, in the 12th, found the net with Movchan, and two minutes later doubled with Movos on a penalty corner. The result remained unchanged until the 27th minute, when, with two goals in quick succession, signed by Losytska, on a penalty corner, and Voievoda, Ukraine made it 4-0.
