L’Italia Femminile chiude al quinto posto i World Skate Games 2022
Si chiude con una vittoria l’avventura dell’Italia Femminile ai World Skate Games 2022 di Buenos Aires e San Juan. La nazionale femminile senior supera 5 a 0 il Messico. Oggi si terranno le finali. Alle 15 locali, le 20 italiane, la finalina per il terzo posto tra Argentina e USA. Alle 19 locali, le 24 italiane, la finale Francia-Spagna.
Dura quasi un tempo la resistenza del Messico, che in verità gioca una bella prima frazione, tenendo testa alle azzurre e provando anche a metterle in difficoltà. Per vedere il vantaggio dell’Italia bisogna aspettare che manchino 10” dal suono della sirena. E’ Giovanna Speranza (implacabile) a portare il risultato sullo 0 – 1.
La seconda frazione racconta tutta un’altra storia, con le azzurre che presidiano il campo e gestiscono ottimamente il risultato, raggiungendo subito il raddoppio, ancora con Giovanna Speranza. A 06:24 arriva il terzo gol firmato Veronica Novelli (0 – 3) e la partita si mette decisamente in discesa. Le ragazze continuano a tessere gioco, rallentano il ritmo al momento giusto, ripartono e arrivano altri due gol, siglati, ancora, dall’incontenibile Giovanna Speranza (0 – 5). E il sorriso delle ragazze a fine partita la dice lunga sul lavoro svolto e l’impegno elargito.

Italy Women’s adventure at the World Skate Games 2022 in Buenos Aires and San Juan ended with a victory. The senior women’s national team beat Mexico 5-0. The finals will be held today. Mexico’s resistance lasted almost a half, and they actually played a good first half, holding their own against the Azzurri and even trying to put them in difficulty.
