WSE Champions League 2022/23: i derby italiani in Europa
Domani si torna in campo per la seconda giornata di WSE Champions League 2022/23 che vedrà disputarsi due derby italiani in Europa: Trissino-Sarzana e Forte-Lodi faranno da sfondo ad un giovedì sera che promette scintille. Otto partite in programma, tutte in diretta streaming su WSETV.
Nel Gruppo A il Deportivo Liceo cercherà i primi tre punti contro il Benfica, mentre il Calafell ospiterà l’Oliveirense, attualmente prima in classifica. Nel gruppo D i francesi del Saint-Omer affronteranno lo Sporting C.P, mentre il Barcelos attende il Reus Deportiu Virginias. Sporting e Reus conducono il gruppo, con una vittoria a testa ottenuta nella prima giornata.
Nel Gruppo B andrà in scena a Trissino il derby italiano con il Sarzana, con inizio 20 e 45: in campionato i Campioni d’Italia hanno espugnato Sarzana vincendo per 8 a 2. Le due squadre si sono affrontate anche in Supercoppa, dove ha trionfato Trissino in entrambi gli incontri. Nell’altro incontro il Noia ospita il Porto.
Nel Gruppo C si giocherà, sempre alle 20 e 45, l’altro derby tra Forte e Lodi, per una sfida che ha già appassionato tantissimi tifosi pochi giorni fa, con la diciottesima giornata di A1, dove a trionfare è stato il Lodi di Bresciani (che rientra in panchina in Europa dopo la squalifica) per 5-2. Nell’altro incontro si affronteranno Valongo-Barça.

Tomorrow it’s back on the court for the second day of WSE Champions League 2022/23, which will feature two Italian derbies in Europe: Trissino-Sarzana and Forte-Lodi will set the stage for a Thursday night that promises sparks. Eight matches are scheduled, all streaming live on WSETV.
In Group A, Deportivo Liceo will seek their first three points against Benfica, while Calafell will host Oliveirense, currently first in the standings. In Group D, France’s Saint-Omer will face Sporting C.P, while Barcelos awaits Reus Deportiu Virginias. Sporting and Reus lead the group, with one win each achieved on the first day.
In Group B, the Italian derby with Sarzana will be staged in Trissino, starting at 8:45 p.m.: In the league, the Italian champions defeated Sarzana, winning 8-2. The two teams also faced each other in the Super Cup, where Trissino triumphed in both matches. In the other match, Noia hosts Porto.
In Group C, the other derby between Forte and Lodi will be played, also at 8:45 p.m., for a challenge that already thrilled many fans a few days ago, with the 18th day of A1, where Bresciani’s Lodi (who returns to the bench in Europe after being disqualified) triumphed 5-2. The other match will feature Valongo-Barça.
