Domani si giocherà gara 2 delle semifinali di IHL 2022/23, con Caldaro e Varese che andranno in cerca del bis, mentre Appiano e Pergine cercheranno il pareggio nella serie. Le due padrone di casa vorranno sfruttare il fattore casalingo per trovare subito il pari, vista la serie best of five, mentre le ospiti proveranno l’allungo per poi sfruttare la sfida di giovedì sera in casa per chiudere la serie.

Si parte alle 20 con la sfida di Appiano, con i Pirati che attendono i Lucci di Caldaro nel secondo episodio del derby d’Oltradige. Gara-1, è stata vinta 3 a 1 dal Caldaro, con la rete decisiva segnata negli ultimi 73 secondi. L’Appiano però, era rimasto in vantaggio per i primi 35 minuti di gara, fino al pari dei Lucci. Una seconda sfida che si prospetta equilibrata, e che lascia aperti tutti gli scenari.

Alle 20.30 il Pergine ospiterà il Varese. Sabato le Linci hanno sfiorato la possibilità di andare all’overtime subendo la rete del 3-2 negli ultimi cinque minuti di gara, dopo una partita molto equilibrata. Domani, sul ghiaccio di casa, se il Pergine non vorrà cedere niente agli avversari, i Mastini proveranno il colpaccio per poi giocarsi la qualificazione giovedì sera, tra le mura amiche.

Game 2 of the IHL 2022/23 semifinals will be played tomorrow, with Caldaro and Varese looking for an encore, while Appiano and Pergine will seek a draw in the series. The two hosts will want to take advantage of the home factor to find an immediate tie, given the best-of-five series, while the guests will try to stretch and then take advantage of Thursday night’s challenge at home to close out the series.

It starts at 8pm with the challenge in Appiano, with the Pirates awaiting the Pikes of Caldaro in the second episode of the Oltradige derby. Race 1, was won 3-1 by Caldaro, with the decisive goal scored in the last 73 seconds. Appiano, however, had been leading for the first 35 minutes of the match, until the Lucci equalised. The second challenge promises to be a balanced one, leaving all scenarios open.

At 20.30 Pergine will host Varese. On Saturday the Linci have grazed the possibility to go to the overtime by conceding the 3-2 goal in the last five minutes of the match, after a very balanced game. Tomorrow, on the home ice, if Pergine doesn’t want to give anything to the adversaries, the Mastini will try the coup de grâce and then play for the qualification on Thursday night, inside the friendly walls.
