M&Q Round Alps Hockey League 2022/23: vincono solo i Rittner Buam

Al termine dell’ottava giornata del Master e Qualification Round di Alps Hockey League 2022/23 vincono solo i Rittner Buam. Cortina, Gherdeina e Merano escono sconfitte. Per le Aquile, che devono dire addio alla possibilità di partecipare ai pre-playoff, la stagione si concluderà il 26 febbraio. Questa sera, alle 19, i Broncos affrontano il Fassa.

Per le italiane non è stata una serata facile in Alps Hockey League. L’unica formazione uscita vincitrice è il Renon che ad una settimana esatta dalla sconfitta per il titolo italiano, si ritrova in cima alla classifica dopo la vittoria casalinga per 2 a 1 contro lo Jesenice ai rigori. Il Cortina, invece, ha perso a Salisburgo per 7 a 2. Nel Girone A il Gherdeina viene sconfitto per 6 a 2 dal Linz.

Nel Girone B di qualificazione, invece, il Merano perde in trasferta a Klagenfurt per 5 a 2 e deve dire addio alla possibilità di partecipare ai pre-playoff. Il Bregenzerwald, pur sconfitto contro il Kitzbuhel per 3 a 6, si qualifica lo stesso per i pre-playoff. Kitzbuhel, Lustenau e Bregenzerwald, non necessariamente in quest’ordine, si qualificano ai pre-playoff.

At the end of the eighth day of the Master and Qualification Round of Alps Hockey League 2022/23 only the Rittner Buam win. Cortina, Gherdeina and Merano come out defeated. For the Eagles, who must say goodbye to the possibility of participating in the pre-playoffs, the season will end on February 26. Tonight, at 7 p.m., the Broncos face Fassa.

For the Italians, it was not an easy night in the Alps Hockey League. The only team to come out on top was Renon, which exactly one week after losing the Italian title, finds itself at the top of the standings after a 2-1 home win against Jesenice on penalties. Cortina, on the other hand, lost in Salzburg 7 to 2. In Group A, Gherdeina was defeated 6 to 2 by Linz.

In the qualifying Group B, however, Merano lost away to Klagenfurt 5 to 2 and had to say goodbye to the possibility of participating in the pre-playoffs. Bregenzerwald, although defeated against Kitzbuhel 3 to 6, still qualifies for the pre-playoffs. Kitzbuhel, Lustenau and Bregenzerwald, not necessarily in that order, qualify for the pre-playoffs.
