Alps Hockey League 2022/23: al via gara 2 dei pre-playoff, Vipiteno per qualificarsi, Fassa deve vincere
Domani si torna in campo per gara 2 dei pre-playoff di Alps Hockey League 2022/23, con Vipiteno che in caso di vittoria si qualificherà ai playoff, mentre Fassa deve vincere per portare la serie a gara 3. Eisbären, Broncos e Kitzbühel ieri hanno sfruttato il fattore casalingo vincendo gara 1, ed hanno trovato così il primo vantaggio nella serie “best-of-3”. Domani le tre formazioni proveranno a chiudere la qualificazione. I Falcons in casa cercheranno la vittoria per poi giocarsi la qualificazione a Kitzbühel sabato. Tutte e tre le partite saranno trasmesse in diretta streaming PPV.
Se tutte e tre le serie dovessero essere completate giovedì sera, il sorteggio dei playoff della Alps Hockey League si terrà venerdì mattina. Le prime tre squadre classificate nel Master Round potranno scegliere l’avversario dei quarti di finale tra le tre vincitrici dei pre-playoff e l’Hockey Unterland Cavaliers (5° classificato nel Master Round). Il Cortina, quarto in classifica, giocherà contro la squadra non scelta dalle prime tre classificate. L’ordine del Pick sarà il seguente: Salisburgo, Jesenice e Renon per le prime tre scelte.
L’EK Die Zeller Eisbären ha vinto gara 1 per 4-1 in casa contro l’EHC Lustenau. Domani i padroni di casa vorranno vincere per portare lo scontro a gara 3. A Lustenau, la squadra di Zell ha vinto tre degli ultimi quattro duelli. Domani contro il Bregenzerwald, i Wipptal Broncos Weihenstephan hanno l’opportunità di raggiungere i quarti di finale della Alps Hockey League per la terza volta di fila e per la quarta volta in assoluto. Ieri la squadra di Vipiteno ha vinto in casa per 3-2. A Dornbirn, in Regular Season, il Vipiteno ha superato per 8-0 i padroni di casa. Allo Scola di Alba di Canazei i Falcons andranno alla ricerca della vittoria per poi giocarsi la qualificazione sabato in gara 3 a Kitzbühel, mentre le aquile vorranno vincere per conquistare i playoff per la prima volta nella loro storia.

Tomorrow it’s back on the field for game 2 of the Alps Hockey League 2022/23 pre-playoffs, with Vipiteno that in case of victory will qualify for the playoffs, while Fassa must win to take the series to game 3. Eisbären, Broncos and Kitzbühel yesterday took advantage of the home factor by winning game 1, and thus found the first advantage in the “best-of-3” series. Tomorrow the three teams will try to close out the qualification. The Falcons at home will look for a victory and then play for qualification in Kitzbühel on Saturday. All three matches will be streamed live on PPV.
Should all three series be completed on Thursday evening, the Alps Hockey League playoff draw will be held on Friday morning. The top three ranked teams in the Master Round will be able to choose their quarter-final opponent from among the three pre-playoff winners and the Hockey Unterland Cavaliers (ranked 5th in the Master Round). Cortina, ranked fourth, will play against the team not chosen from the top three. The Pick order will be as follows: Salzburg, Jesenice and Renon for the first three picks.
