WSE Champions League 2022/23: pari per Forte e Trissino. Lodi e Sarzana sconfitte
Al termine della terza giornata di WSE Champions League 2022/23 Forte e Trissino sono le uniche squadre italiane ad aver trovato punti nella serata. Lodi e Sarzana infatti, escono sconfitte dalle rispettive trasferte europee.
Barça e Benfica vincono e si confermano in testa rispettivamente ai gruppi C e A. La capolista della Ok Liga ha vinto 5-0 contro il Lodi italiano (2 gol per Rodrigues e Alabart),mentre la prima del campionato portoghese Placard ha prevalso 5-2 sulla difficile pista dell’Oliveirense. Nel Gruppo A, prima vittoria del Liceo che riesce a battere il Calafell per 4-3 e raggiunge l’Oliveirense in classifica. Il Porto Fidelidade trova la prima vittoria vincendo 5-0 contro Sarzana.
Il pareggio tra Noia Freixenet e Trissino per 4-4 (3 gol per Costa, 2 per Cocco), mette tre squadre nel giro di cinque punti. Nel Gruppo D il Reus Deportiu Virginias ha sorpreso lo Sporting in casa per 7-5 (4 gol di Aragones). I francesi del Saint Omer violano la pista del Barcelos per 5-4 (2 gol di Pellizzari). Nel Gruppo C, dove il Barça è l’unica squadra con tre vittorie, Valongo Colquimica e Hockey Forte hanno pareggiato per 4-4. Tra due settimane si tornerà in pista per la quarta giornata.

At the end of the third day of the WSE Champions League 2022/23 Forte and Trissino are the only Italian teams to have found points on the night. Lodi and Sarzana, in fact, emerge defeated from their respective European away matches.
Barça and Benfica won and confirmed their positions at the top of Groups C and A, respectively. The Ok Liga leaders won 5-0 against Italy’s Lodi (2 goals for Rodrigues and Alabart), while Portugal’s first Placard prevailed 5-2 on the difficult track of Oliveirense. In Group A, Liceo won for the first time, beating Calafell 4-3 and joining Oliveirense in the standings. Porto Fidelidade found their first victory by winning 5-0 against Sarzana.
The draw between Noia Freixenet and Trissino 4-4 (3 goals for Costa, 2 for Cocco) puts three teams within five points. In Group D, Reus Deportiu Virginias surprised Sporting at home 7-5 (4 goals by Aragones). France’s Saint Omer violated Barcelos’ rink 5-4 (2 goals by Pellizzari). In Group C, where Barça is the only team with three wins, Valongo Colquimica and Hockey Forte drew 4-4. In a fortnight’ time it will be back on track for the fourth day.
