Sono stati definiti i nomi dei 12 azzurri convocati al raduno di fine marzo in vista del Campionato Europeo U23 di Paredes, in Portogallo, che si terrà dal 3 all’8 aprile. Il CT Alessandro Bertolucci ha diramato le seguenti convocazioni, convocando ragazzi tra il 2001 e 2003, per il raduno di Recoaro Terme dal 29 marzo al 2 aprile. Il Monza è la squadra più rappresentata, con tre giocatori, seguita da Forte dei Marmi e Sandrigo con due. Un convocato per Grosseto, Lodi, Montecchio, Trissino e Vercelli.
Cinque le squadre che si affronteranno in Portogallo in un unico round robin: Inghilterra, Italia, Portogallo, Spagna e Svizzera. Gli azzurri di Alessandro Bertolucci esordiranno il 4 aprile contro la Svizzera. Il giorno dopo l’Italia sfiderà la Spagna, mentre il 6 aprile sarà la volta del Portogallo. Dopo un giorno di riposo gli Azzurri torneranno in campo l’8 aprile contro l’Inghilterra.
Those called up for the meeting at the end of March ahead of the U23 European Championships in Paredes
The names of the 12 Azzurri called up for the meeting at the end of March ahead of the U23 European Championships in Paredes, Portugal, to be held from 3-8 April, have been finalised. CT Alessandro Bertolucci has issued the following convocations, summoning boys between 2001 and 2003, for the Recoaro Terme meeting from 29 March to 2 April. Monza is the most represented team, with three players, followed by Forte dei Marmi and Sandrigo with two. One summoned for Grosseto, Lodi, Montecchio, Trissino and Vercelli.
Five teams will face each other in Portugal in a single round robin: England, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. Alessandro Bertolucci’s Azzurri will make their debut on 4 April against Switzerland. The next day Italy will take on Spain, while on 6 April it will be Portugal’s turn. After a rest day, the Azzurri will be back on the pitch on 8 April against England.
